“To all of Charlie’s friends and family. My beloved son Charles Victor Featherstone IV passed away yesterday August 29th 2016 in a tragic accident. My life will forever have a vast void but I take comfort knowing he is with his Gramma who passed away in February and with whom he had such a special bond with and other special family members who passed before him.
I know there are many who knew and loved Charlie. Though his struggles were heavy, the person we all love and adore had a beautiful heart and soul that touched so many. His heart and soul and his music, which was to him, as intertwined and needed as the air he breathed, will live on forever in our hearts.
I will let you all know when arrangements have been made to grieve his passing and to celebrate his life. I would love for you to not only express condolences but to share stories and memories of how he touched and enriched your lives. Please share his music and let the world hear his heart and soul and let it rise to the heavens and let him know how much he was loved”
